Our Foundation Installation Process

Every foundation project starts with careful planning and site evaluation. We review building plans, test soil conditions, and verify property lines and setbacks. Then we lay out the foundation precisely according to plans and local codes.

Excavation must reach stable soil and proper depths. We install forms to the exact dimensions, ensuring walls are plumb and corners are square. Footings are poured first and allowed to cure before wall construction begins. Reinforcement with rebar provides tensile strength that concrete alone cannot achieve.

During the pour, we monitor concrete placement to prevent segregation and ensure proper consolidation around reinforcement. After the walls cure, we apply waterproofing membranes and install perimeter drainage where required. Backfilling is done carefully to avoid damaging the new foundation.
