Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of GrandServe Marion Concrete Works, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

GrandServe Marion Concrete Works provides professional concrete installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties in Marion, OH and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided by us are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be subject to change after a site inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits for cancelled projects may be non-refundable depending on materials already ordered.

Weather and Delays

Concrete work is weather-dependent. We will make every effort to complete your project on schedule, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, site conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship and offer a warranty on our services as outlined in your service agreement. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural settling, or acts of nature.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and removing any obstacles or valuables. We will make reasonable efforts to protect your property during our work, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden items not clearly marked.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrandServe Marion Concrete Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
